There is very little to do. Most of it has already been handled for you.

Bring a photo ID

That is all you need. Records are welcome but not required, and there is nothing to pay.

You do not have to book

The appointment was scheduled for you and sent to us, so there is nothing for you to arrange.

Moving an appointment

Call the clinic directly. Because we are open every day, we can usually find you another time the same week.
