What this site is for

This site explains who we are, what a disability evaluation involves, and how to reach our clinics. That is all it does. Reading it does not create a clinical relationship between you and Patriot Care Center.

It is not medical advice

Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for talking to your own doctor. If something is wrong, speak to a clinician. If it is urgent, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

We do not decide claims

The Department of Veterans Affairs decides disability claims. We examine Veterans and document what we find. Nothing on this site should be read as a prediction of how any claim will turn out, and nobody at Patriot Care Center can influence that outcome.

Accuracy

We keep addresses, phone numbers and hours current, but details change. Call the clinic to confirm anything you are relying on, particularly before travelling.
